BOWCON is a family-owned and family-run design and construct company in Adelaide. The company is new; the experience behind it isn’t. Our team brings more than 20 years in residential construction and an award-winning background, combined with a fresh, modern approach to building homes.

Extensions & Renovations

Renovating an existing home is harder than building from scratch. Every wall you open tells you something the drawings didn’t. We treat extensions and renovations with the same process as a new build — every connection between the existing structure and the new work resolved before construction begins. When it’s finished, you shouldn’t be able to tell where the old house ends and the new one starts.

The rooms you live in every day should feel considered years after handover. Not tired. Not dated. We specify every surface, every fixture, every detail at full resolution before construction begins.
