BOWCON is a family-owned and family-run design and construct company in Adelaide. The name is new; the people behind it have more than 20 years in residential building.

One team, from design to handover
We design and build custom homes, renovations and extensions across Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. Because the same team designs and builds, you deal with one company from the first conversation to the day you move in.
BOWCON continues the work of Bower Construction & Design, the firm Piers Bower led before it.

Piers leads BOWCON and stays directly involved in every project, from the first site visit to handover. Before BOWCON he led Bower Construction & Design, whose renovation work won two Master Builders SA awards in 2014.

Both awards went to Bower Construction & Design Pty Ltd, the firm that became BOWCON, and appear in Master Builders SA’s published 2014 winners list.

A small number of projects at a time
We take on a small number of projects at a time so Piers can stay involved in each one. Our focus is residential: new homes, renovations and extensions, and interiors. Commercial work will follow.
